Radical Abundance Inc. is a locally run non-profit focused on supporting wellness businesses and practitioners who are actively committed to improving access to inclusive, safer, and trauma-informed wellness services for folx in the greater Portland area and who demonstrate a strong focus on serving and supporting intersectional communities.​
WHAT WE DO
All folx deserve and need access to safer and affirming wellness services in order to be their best selves. As such, we believe any hope to make lasting and significant impact on our society as a whole requires us to increase access to wellness care.
With your help, we endeavor to shift the wellness world toward one that is intentionally inclusive, accessible, and trauma-informed by:

Increasing access and accessibility to somatic therapies, mental health services, bodywork, and movement classes for folx in BIPOC, POC, Fat, Disability and LGBTQIA2S+ communities.

Prioritizing funding for the needs of intersectional communities that experience systemic barriers.

Supporting practitioners in their education, licensure processes, and businesses with a focus on expanding representation.

Providing and supporting trauma-informed, body positive, and anti-ableist wellness practices.

Supporting the growth of safer wellness spaces within the greater Portland area.
OUR VALUES
We give great consideration to the overdue, necessary changes we wish to see in the wellness world. We design our programs and services to put these beliefs into practice. We strive to reduce barriers, expand representation, and increase safety for all folx who seek wellness support services. We are committed to boosting and uplifting intersectional business owners, students, and practitioners within the wellness industry. We strongly support the expansion of trauma-informed training.
